Very Disappointing

Spent 10 hrs on phone with LG and then paid $130 to Best Buy to come to home and solve connectivity problem only to find out that product was defective. Sound bar and TV (both LG) would not talk to each other. Very frustrating. Sound was not that great and sub woofer kept "popping" during program. Product looks fantastic-but looks are deceiving. Sadly, I would not recommend this product.

Last LG Product I will ever buy

Same issue as reported with countless other buyers - indicating a firmware update by LG is the culprit. One would think LG would take some responsibility for this disastrous outcome ... but no.
