Higher End Price with Crap Quality

Few months after purchase, the wireless sub began randomly disconnecting. Tried to move it to various spots in the room, same thing. It constantly disconnects then reconnects, leading to frequent bass coming and going. Its highly annoying and ruins the viewing experience. Even went as far as to mail the f-ing thing to their customer service in California. Came back in a box without the power cord that I sent in and no invoice/explanation/nothing. Guess what, after purchasing a new power cord, still does the same thing.
