Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So we went to set up the sound bar that was a gift for my mom, and when we open everything up the instructions that were nothing more than a few pictures showed an image of screws and a cart which basically means you have to buy them because they aren’t included. I bought my husband a Samsung sound bar last Christmas and it definitely brought screws. The process was so easy and simple. But this not including screws, which is something so simple and inexpensive for them to provide made the process aggravating and made it take way longer. We haven’t tried it out yet but the set up process could have been so simple if only screws were included or if the box said screws not included and if there were actual instructions instead of a few pictures.
