Best buy had a very good price on this built in oven and microwave....i believe i got a great deal and the shipping was exactly as they said it would be....very fast too!

Both items were out of stock and took considerable time to deliver, however they did arrive well before I needed them. the only drawback that I am concerned with was dropped on me at delivery. The delivery person said I only had 2 weeks to report damage to the items. This 2 weeks came and went and the boxes have still not been opened. I am just hoping there is no damage...

We ordered this LG oven microwave combo from Best Buy. It was delivered in great shape with no damages by a great delivery crew who were careful with the item as well as our house.

We replaced a combo oven with this one, it was the only one available that fit the existing opening. Although it cooks and microwaves fine I find that the timer that "sings" is really annoying, I wish there was an option to change it! Also, there is a "Mode" button that when pressed takes you into another set of options like "Melt" or "Soften" and then when one of those are seleted there's another menu asking, for example, the size of the stick of butter that you want to melt or the weight of something. Unless you can rememeber that all these menu's and sub-menu's it's really frustrating to have to flip open the user guide to be able to drill down to things like defrosting a pound of beef or softening 2 sticks of butter. It feels like LG threw every available option onto this, you can synch to your phone and then when you're on the expressway apparently you can start your roast cooking. I'd prefer few and easier to access functions.

Love the combo microwave and will oven. So convenient. The wall oven has a convection oven feature also. Very useful.

We bought this unit to replace our old one of 18 years. The size was our primary concern, but I love the way this new LG cooks. I will say it is more complicated than our old unit, so I keep the manual on the counter. Much more versatile once I learn all the things it can do.

Very happy with this unit. Large powerful microwave frees counter space and serves as a second smaller oven.

Excellent oven and microwave. Only gave 4 stars because the controls for both the oven and microwave are unconventional, and therefore confusing. Steam feature made excellent crust when baking homemade bread.

This microwave oven does something that no other microwave does; namely, keep running at the end of the heat cycle. If you use the 1-touch button (+30 seconds), then you cannot turn the microwave off (even after it is done cooking) for 3 minutes while it runs through a "cooling cycle." Can't turn it off; can't restart. LG technician came out to investigate, but confirmed that this was a design setting. I call it a design flaw. In reality, you cannot use the 1-touch button; you have to use the regular time setting and start buttons. What were they thinking?
