Burning the new smell order did take several cycles. The inability to turn off the constant reminders when something has finished in the microwave is very annoying. Will constantly beep until you take the item out. Inside of the oven looks great and the options for the racks are good. I am happy with this purchase.

Learning to use the oven but when timer rings, turn off timer but shut off temperature. Microwave works great but need to press off button after each use. You get use to it. Waiting to use microwave probe for baking. Having 2 ovens very appealing feature.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!

Today, 12/27/23, I'm on Best Buys site looking for in wall speakers for another project and in the corner I see the oven I just paid $2500 for on clearance for almost half of what I paid. Called to see about a credit, and was told I would have to return it and repurchase to take advantage of the savings. Initiated the process to be told they didn't have one in stock. I told them I had one in my garage!! They couldn't guarantee I would get the new one and it could take 30-60 days. The most frustrating, insane customer service experience in a long time. Looks like I'll be purchasing all future appliances for projects at Home Depot!!

The oven heats up quickly and cooks the food fast. I also like the more mode’s feature on the microwave to soften butter and heat food at different temperatures.

Only hiccup was with the install company that was sent to home. Don’t believe they know how to measure the oven cutout minimum requirements. They ended up expanding my existing cabinet and left a giant gap. I was able to fix their mistake but I wouldn’t recommend them for any future installs.

They gave an overview of how to use the wall oven and microwave. The missing star is due to an irritating “ding” that the microwave makes when it’s done. You have to press the clear button to make it stop.

Hard to see the "buttons" without exterior kitchen lights. And the touch screen is either super sensitive or hard to "push" to activate.
