But you will regret it after you start using it. It's not possible to clean the cooktop using the recommended method from LG. also tried different cooktop cleaners. nothing works and it looks bad after a month. LG Customer Care refused to replace the burner caps, head, and griddle because the stains are NOT covered under warranty.

The other part of this purchase was that Bestbuy had the best deal and as ordered and as informed by its system at every step of the way we were able to receive the product on time

The grates are smaller than the Samsung wall oven and not as heavy. The Samsung stained easily. The LG was a gray choice. The BTUs are amazing… much better than the old GE that we replaced. Worth the buy so far.

You can actually monitor the burners from your phone as it has wifi capability (but won't allow you to turn them on or off).

Plus BestBuy installing team is not what I expected. They are in hurry always and asking for money for any unexpected job they face which I can’t tell it’s necessary to be done or not.
