At this point no problem with melting knobs which were a concern in previous reviews. The superboil burner is great and the simmer burner works well. The black SS is really nice and looks good with gray cabinets.

Gorgeous Stop Top and Easy to use

Purchased a few appliances sight unseen given the pandemic and this was exactly as stated and even more beautiful in person. It works beautifully and I have an extra space now from my 4 top. Highly recommend this and the install and haul away team!

Although there are other brands more expensive but I could not be happier with the LG. We've almost used it every night since it was installed. We are so pleased with our purchase. Although we hit a few snags, Brandon at the Vallejo store was superb at ensuring everything would work out. We've hosted two major gatherings and everyone talked about how attractive the appliances are.

Great Cooktop

This was the perfect replacement. We have slowly transitioned to LG major appliances. This cooktop has a 5th burner which gave us more cooking surface without expanding our cooktop area. The Super Boil is amazing and we could not be happier!

The whole shopping process was good from going to look at stoves at the store to communication with the delivery and installation people. They even came earlier to the appointment.

Cheap cooktop

Money pit, defective knobs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Less than 2 years and ALL the knobs broke off. LG refuses to replace. They are $30 for each new knob. The knobs are defective and will have to continue to be replaced because they will keep breaking. Endless money pit. Do not buy.

Knobs break constantly

The knobs however are garbage. We've had to replace all of them at least once, and some of them twice. The plastic stem that attaches them to the stove is poorly-made and cracks very easily. And the cost to replace these knobs is around $25 each. I would definitely not recommend this stove, as a result.
