We love ❤️ our new refrigerator. It was delivered right on time as promised and they had it working in about 15 minutes Great job

We finally had to breakdown and get a new fridge. We chose this one and so far it has been great. It cools very quickly, keeps our foods frozen in the freezer and was a good buy for the price.

It was easy to buy i looked on line went to my local stored showed them what i wanted and i had it home next day!!! Its spacious, great lighning when u open the door and its just the right size all my appliances are gonna become LG. I love it.

Works as it should. No luxury add ons but fine for the space we had available.

I’ve heard LG products have come along way in the past compared to Samsung, so far it is robust fridge, and it has I’ve heard some guarantees and reliability from LG. I’ve also heard that a bunch of their home appliances are now quite durable for the past five or 10 years, meaning it’s a major design change. Expect this will be solid.

I have to think we got a lemon. After a year, the freezer was noticeably not working in intervals. As in -- ice cream is soup, frozen foods thawed... but then it would refreeze. We had Geek Squad coverage through Best Buy but they'd send an outside person who charged $150 just for a diagnostic visit ... with no promise of problem being covered. So we lived with it. Bought YoLink thermometers to keep in the freezer and saw what is happening: temp fluctuates between negative temps up to 20's (or much higher -- see picture) in 8 hr. cycles. Humidity does the same from 40% up to almost 90%. While we essentially just ditched using the freezer, it has now become a problem because it is now icing over completely (including the walls) and then we are finding water filling the bottom, which then freezes, then melts, etc. Done chipping it out. We've done a number of resets only to have it happen again and again within a week. Finally had enough and are deciding to replace it. Complete failure of a refrigerator, and a waste of $800.

My LTCS20020S in stainless steel does hold kitchen magnets. Perhaps others did not remove the protective plastic wrap during installation. See photo.

Refrigerator looks like it will be a great fit fot the new kitchen.

I went to Best Buy to look for a backup refrigerator. When I saw this one, it was Love at First Sight!! Great product for a reasonable price.

The assitance with product selection, shipping, removal of old refregerator and installation of new refrigerator was high quality. They cleaned up and were very careful not to damage anything. They explained how to use and set it up to standard settings and explained to wait 24 hours before adjusting

Love this fridge! The freezer is a little bit small for my liking but it’s for a rental property so I suppose it’ll work! Easy set up and functions well so far! I’ve had it for 6 months and no complaints at this time.

We absolutly love this does seem to get dirty quick with kids touching but wipes off easy! A must have love it!!!!
