Unfortunately when they came back to install it didn’t fit the space. They said I’d have to hire a carpenter to cut out more space. I had them return it and I’m back to searching for a new mode that will fit.

I bought a BRAND NEW unit and after spending and choosing this brand, I really regret it since the oven DID NOT work at all (Error F19). They sent their tech and replace the 2 circuit board and sensor and it still not fixed. Their customer service will not willing to replace the unit but instead I need to go through their process and schedule for another visit.

The F19 error code on your LG range indicates a possible issue with the oven's temperature sensor or the electronic control board. We can acknowledge that this is an issue you would like to be resolved. To get this resolved, we recommend you continue with the repair process.

Once small issue is it would have been a great idea to have panel designations light up. It is hard to read with small point size. Gets harder for us old folks.
