    Recently purchased been using for a month. It is an upgrade from a ge. It will remind you of whatever it is you are doing with its alarms. Great for a absent minded person multitasking

    The home advisor came to my house and recommended this unit. Unfortunately when they came back to install it didn’t fit the space. They said I’d have to hire a carpenter to cut out more space. I had them return it and I’m back to searching for a new mode that will fit.

    After three weeks we are very pleased with this product. Once small issue is it would have been a great idea to have panel designations light up. It is hard to read with small point size. Gets harder for us old folks.

    Bad quality oven and bad customer support!

    Highly NOT recommended to purchase this unit. I bought a BRAND NEW unit and after spending and choosing this brand, I really regret it since the oven DID NOT work at all (Error F19). They sent their tech and replace the 2 circuit board and sensor and it still not fixed. Their customer service will not willing to replace the unit but instead I need to go through their process and schedule for another visit.

    The microwave always makes sound saying cooling the microwave. I hardly use the microwave. Anything i heat is max 60seconds

    Oven is versatile and does all baking microwave modes well. Problem reading all the control panel buttons, Its black and hard to read at the very top of the oven, Not good for short people.

    The menu on the oven/microwave is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to read!!! It is not backlit and very difficult to read anything on menu!! Don’t buy it!

    Best Buy is having issues with stocking this item, yet I can get it at Home Depot with no issues. Be prepared for Best Buy to cancel your order.

    Microwave does not work....

    If there was a zero, rating I would select it. This is the second unit I have ordered, both with the same issue. Microwave sensor does not connect....so if you want to lean on the door handle while you are heating your food, this is the unit for you. Had the service person come, he couldn't fix it and said there are not replacement parts. Buyer beware.

    A very disappointing experience.

    Sadly I was very unhappy with the purchase. I drove 2 hours to pick it up as it was discounted (opened box). Not only did the employees damage my car when they loaded it, once I got home and scheduled installation it was the wrong color. It was NOT black stainless as advertised, it was stainless.

    The lettering on the device is barely visible as it is a wrong color. The default set up is to consume more electricity with turning the fan even after 30 seconds of use of microwave. Please do not buy
