Was missing the trim kit bottom piece but Geek Squad took care of it. Now it is complete and looks great. It replaced a Kenmore elite unit and is much quieter.

We are enjoying trying out all the new cooking methods. It is a learning experience. The manual is fairly comprehensive, but there is still a lot of information to deceiver. It is a very attractive appliance in our kitchen.

It's been installed for 3 weeks and we haven't begun to utilize all of the different functions but love what we have used thus far! We especially love the the ability to see the status of the oven through the app and the ability to knock on the glass to see the progress of the items we are cooking.

Oven great- installation a problem

I had to delay installation because the oven was too big for the cut out. If the tech had measured correctly we could have had the cut out enlarged prior to delivery.

Wall oven-microwave combo did not fit

There seems to be a miscommunication between the Best Buy person who measured the wall cabinet opening and the LG30" installer. The LG30" was returned and I had to order another Wall Oven and Microwave combo. This miscommunication caused me without oven for almost 2 weeks before replacement unit that fit was able to be installed. I cannot say I recommend this wall unit oven or not since it did not fit in wall cabinet.
