Damaged first then the wrong cut out dimensions on the best buy web page. Emails and text with conflicting info.

It's impossible to see to operate anything. Horrible design. How, & why, would they manufacture this way!! Have only used it twice, but the oven itself appears to work ok (except the 'cooling' fan is noisy). Trying to chat with Best Buy agent to have replaced with an oven I can see to operate! Don't buy this one.

So far we love it, love the "blue" interior and the controls. The only slight negative is the controls are not backlit so hard to see unless you have all your kitchen lights on! So far so good though....
