This was an upgrade in size purchase as opposed to replacing a broken or outdated one. I wanted something that was energy efficient, had good picture & sound and did not come off looking cheap. This tv has worked perfectly for what I want to use it for.

Friend says try optical cable which I plan to do. My sales tech did a great job in helping me what to purchase to meet my needs. Something to be said about a positive in-store experience vs. internet surfing.
