    While not 1080 the Smart features make up for it. Got this hooked up as a monitor and when not using it with the PC/Consoles I can flip over to TV or SMART and use one of the many built in apps.

    We got the tv home and hooked it up and it generally was an easy setup. However, we had some issues early on, with the tv turning off for no apparent reason. This happened regularly for the first several weeks. Recently, it has been fairly stable. Its not a tv that you would get for your main a/v setup, but it is otherwise serviceable.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I did not check any reviews on this LG 32" SmartTV, the company I work for uses the LG LED TV's throughout the office and they are terrific. I have been very satisfied with the LG LED 32" Flat Panel that I purchased and would highly recommend it
