Bought this TV for my daughter and it's a good buy. Would recommend

I am very happy with my purchase of a LG Smart TV. This is the first one I've ever bought and I love it. The salesperson made it affordable for me and was awesome throughout the whole purchase.

Again we were not offered the protection program in the store & did not realize this until 2 weeks after purchase . We always purchase this . Best Buy is the ONLY place we purchase our electronics for our home . Geek Squad is always MORE than helpful.

Purchased this tv for our bedroom because of the smart feature, so far so good. Tv was fairly easy to set up, although it took some time to adjust the picture which is why I gave it 4 rating. The smart feature works just as well as my other Tv's in the house (Sony) and is easy to navigate.

Purchase was done on our own. No help from customer service.

LG screen share is great so is Netflix and YouTube , however I wish it had a browser Facebook a better app store and a better way to upload pictures to and not just display them

Purchased this 32 inch LG smart TV for a guest bedroom. It is ideal for guests who have short term watching needs. Wall mount makes it slick and wall hugging when not in use! It is a great size for a small room.

I came to Best Buy to buy the new LG V20 phone. The promotion came with a 32inch flat screen which really sealed the deal. After having the phone for 16 days the speaker went bad and did nothing but static. I came in to get a new phone and they said they were all out in the Bradenton store....but they had one at University in Sarasota and they would be glad to help. I drove there only to find out that it was over the 14 day return mark and they couldn't do a thing. This was a brand new phone. Best Buy was NOT the Best Buy. I will never buy here again. I went to Verizon and they gave me a new phone that works great. In my opinion, this was definitely handled poorly.

It came free with my $1 LG phone so who'd complain? My son uses it exclusively for video games and it works great.

Tv has all the bells and whistles one would expect. It's a little smaller than expected. Everything elae is perfect.

Nice smaller tv that does everything you need from regular tv, internet, Netflix, direct tv was easy to hook up.

Glad I brought my TV from Best Buy! There's not a lot to say. Oh the sales person was on point with helping me with my purchase. I will look for him again when I go in for my next purchase. Thank You.

Great picture and tv looks more expensive than it is. Cheap remote and no Pandora app?!?!

I bought the Cobra because I have had one for over 25 years. They always are dependable and you don't have to worry while on the road; because they take care of you in any type of traffic, city or highway. Very dependable.

I received this TV as a promotion from LG when upgrading my phone. I used the TV to replace an aged CRT in our bedroom. So much better. We have no complaints at all with this TV.

I bought this TV while it was on sale at bestbuy.com, it arrived a week later to my home defective. The TV refused to start up and when it finally did after taking it into BestBuy they said it was defective. Now, they told me there was nothing they could do since the TV was going to a newer model and that I would have to pay the difference of whatever TV I chose to get. I only bought this TV because it was on sale!!!! I never would have bought it if I had known BestBuy would not stand behind their product. Super disappointing and the last product I'll buy from here in a while.

this tv is good, no problem the only thing is the needs to be more in the instruction book, does not really give you any infor about the the back panel if could set up wireless speakers but otherwise good product

My main went out needed a replacement till it was repaired. I was have been down for 7 days. This worked out well. I now have a backup should I go down again. Not 1080 but 32" now a major deal for short term.
