I bought a tv from best but it stop working after 3 months the refused to take it back.

We have already had trouble with the picture on this TV and we have only had it 4 weeks and LG and/or Best Buy won't replace it because we didn't buy the extended warranty. If your TV can't work for more than 4 weeks you don't need to sell it!

Wish it had a middle base instead on two legs. I needed a long table.

This product that was purchased was pretty good. I was happy with it.

Had a 32" Samsung Smart TV for about a year and a half before the WiFi bit didn't work anymore and I couldn't detect any networks near me let alone establish any connection to use the Smart TV itself. I had no cable box for this particular TV so it was now rendered useless. A year and a half shouldn't do that. Big no no. About two weeks ago, I got tired of looking at the black box collecting dust on my dresser, so I started searching for a new 32" Smart TV. And for some reason I was always coming back to this LG. Now, I have never owned an LG anything before, so I was wary. But I said screw it, because it was the best reviewed one I had seen as far as functionality and reliability. To sum it all up, fantastic little TV. There's absolutely no lag between when I press a button and what happens on screen. TV turns on fast, no issues with the Smart Apps, YouTube and Netflix work like a charm, picture is bright and volume is as good as it can get for a small bedroom. Want a 32" TV? Get this one. Samsung can kick bricks.

We lost the remote and the TV is useless without it. There should be buttons on the TV to change input. The cable company representative told me there had to be buttons on the TV. If there are I have no idea where to find them.

I will be returning the set because the sound doesn't work.

I bought it thinking LG, and smart....."what a deal!" But was very quickly mistaken. I was better off getting a lesser brand TV and adding a Roku Stick, which is what I did for way much less and it works better!!!

Unnatural color, subpar sound, applications work most of the time, audio out ports do not work as advertised

I have had nothing but trouble since bringing it home. After only 30 days, it went off all together and nothing worked. Called the LG support/customer service who advised they've been having troubles w/ the LG smart TVs across the world for many months. As a retailer, it would have been nice to know this. I may never buy another TV ever! Smart isn't smart after all.

I was told by the salesperson that I could connect my headphones to the audio RCA jacks and receive audio thru the headphones. Not possible!

None of the apps worked even after updating and spending over an hour on the phone with LG's support.

bought one and it fell and the screen quit working which was definitely my bad. went to get a replacement and the thing just wouldnt turn on. at all. took it in to replace it and the salesperson actually told us he has heard about the lgs coming back alot and to look for something else in the same price range. got a vizio and have been perfectly happy with that!!

don't like how it shuts off ,when changing channels

Set up was difficult and couldn't get the smart part to work...Called LG no success... Kept saying loading... Return for another tv that I knew was an easy set up !!!!!

Purchased the LG 32 inch Smart TV for guest bedroom. This was the best purchase and a great price. Quality and picture is superb! This TV is fantastic! Will buy another LG TV and also pass this onto my friends about my great Best Buy purchase!

The tv didn't hold up well they sent it off to be fixed but it's still broken

I only paid a dollar because they sold me a junk phone

So I purchased this tv for my mom since her last tv broke. I looked at other the and for the price and the name, I had to get this LG. I set it up and it's very nice! She doesn't really care about picture or anything like that but for me, I like it a lot. As long as it works, she's happy! In the future I would be buying this tv again and I would recommend it to anyone!
