    Our ten year old kitchen TV gave out and after looking at a sparse field of 32" TV's we decided to try this LG 32". Having 1080 was not important to me and I thought hat 720 would be fine for a small TV. I read other reviews that said that the picture could be hard to see from and angle but several other reviews said that they liked the TV and we decided to try it. We unboxed the TV and put it on our wall stand for kitchen use and immediately noticed a dull picture. The picture is hard to see from and angle and since this is a kitchen TV we are not always in the same spot while preparing meals. I made a quick decision and took the TV down and got back on the BB website. We paid a little bit more for a major competing brand and it does have 1080 and we are very happy. Sorry LG.

    Not easy to set up

    The tv doesn't work with my Firestick or Chromecast. This tv is only good for small children because it is hard to connect any other device to it, so if you only want to watch tv this is okay to have. Also I'm only able to get one HDMI to show anything, I would not recommend this tv because it is too complicated.

    Cracked Screen

    We got the TV to my sons college in Happy Valley and it was not a happy day. A TV in a brand new unopened box had a totally cracked LCD screen. No best buys in State College, so I trashed it and went to Walmart and got a Vizio. There is no way I cracked it since it moved from Store to Car to Dorm Room in an unopened box. My fault for not checking first, but $199 out the window

    Not happy with WiFi

    Serious issues in recognizing my WiFi, even if the modem is next to the tv. Frustrating to set up the WiFi every 2 days at the point that I don’t even use it for WiFi anymore. Had to put an Apple TV to stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. I bought it for my daughter’s room so she can steam movies. Not happy.

    Not happy with product.

    I am a LG fan but this TV is dark and dull. I went in to brighten it up but still not happy with it. Sharpness, contrast and other options didn’t help ether. Because my tv was set up passed the 14 day return policy it can’t be returned. I am very disappointed that Best Buy would not take it back.

    This LG tv didn't interface with xfinity. I was very disappointed because it seemed to be a good deal. I did return it and got a Sharp Roku smart tv, read that review next to see why not to buy a low priced TV

    Good TV but Wifi drops EVERY TIME

    This is a solid TV, but the only, MAJOR downside is that the wifi loses connection EVERY TIME after the TV is turned on. This is a fundamental problem for a purported "smart TV." LG - how will you fix this?

    I was very unhappy with this TV. Although the picture was OK the sound quality was tinny. It also dropped the Internet connection often. We returned it within a week.

    Bad quality picture

    It's a nice looking tv with a lot of features. But the tv screen picture is bad to dark. Even when correcting the tv menu setting picture quality.

    No IPS technology

    I bought this TV because it was beautiful, BUT after setting it up I noticed that when I walked slightly to the side of the TV, the picture became distorted, couldn't tell what was on the screen. So, the picture is only good IF you sit or stand right in front of it, not off to the side at all. I wanted to watch TV while in the kitchen, but could not. Had to return it. The missing technology is called "in plane switching," IPS, which keeps the picture together, stays normal looking, no matter your viewing angle. ALL MANUFACTURERS SHOULD USE THIS TECHNOLOGY. And it's difficult to determine if any TV has this technology. Check the specs to see if it's in there. I bought a Vizio 32f-F1, which has this technology...178 degree viewing angle. A MUST have.

    Broken Already

    I’ve had this television for maybe a month to two months. Came home tonight and noticed the TV was turning on and off by itself. I tried unplugging it I tried manually using the button on the television, the remote, and nothing. Sadly I’ve actually had this happen to me with another LG television. Of course it’s too long now to return it to Best Buy so I’m left with dealing with LG.I was really hoping this TV would work out and that may be the last LG I had was a fluke. This seems to be an inherent problem with LG. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another LG again.

    Not Smart

    After several days of tinkering around, I got a picture that was not too dark. I put my WiFI password in several times a day and it dumps out and can not find my router that is all of eight feet away in the next bedroom, and gave up. Same problem with NetFlix. I have been running networks for 20 years and this does not work..... BTW I purchased a 55' Hisense about 18 mo ago and am extremely pleased with that off-brand.

    DONT BE FOOLED

    LG televisions are NOT made to last. They stop working as soon as the warranty runs out. I think LG knows this and that's why it's usually priced lower than many other televisions. I'm starting to think all these positive reviews are from people that have owned the tv for under 1 year or most of these are from LG employees.
