Issue with apps on this TV

What a nightmare trying to install Paramount+. Not even the Paramount+ support group could assist me with installing that app. They kept instructing me to select the LG Content Store option to install the app .. but the LG Content Store isn't even an option on the WebOS version on this model. After about a week I figured out how to install the app myself. The issue I have now is the LIVE TV feature in Paramount+ is defaulting to the wrong local CBS station. I have been in communications with the support team about this issue (even Level 2 support) but they still haven't resolved the issue. They tell me the issue is with my internet provider .. but I have two other TV's on the same router. One is a SONY and the other is connected to an Amazon firestick. Both those TV's default to the correct local CBS station .. just the LG doesn't. They even did an override to direct this device to the proper local station .. but the override doesn't work on the LG. I know some versions of WebOS are not compatible with Paramount+ but my TV is WebOS 7.40 which is suppose to be compatible. At this point I believe my only option is to purchase another SONY and scrap the LG. Do your homework before you purchase an LG TV.

Which Best Buy does not sell in store. And it's very hard to locate the Smart Remote

We needed a small TV for my wife's studio, and this was the perfect size. Set up was a bit more tedious than others we have bought over the years, but it got done and it's perfect for her needs. And, the price was great!
