They went to a nursing home to put a TV in my dad's room and help with his computer and just went way out of their way to help him thank you Best Buy for Patrick who is an A1 technician. Patrick should be employee of the year

I have to say I had problems in the beginning with getting a TV that had a crack in it but the manager helped me when I came inside and he gave me five star service. Things are good until they’re not and it’s what happens when they’re not. He took quite a bit of time out of his day to help me most appreciated.
