There was an outage a couple of days ago and I haven’t been able to get the request for a numeric pin for the parental control off the tv screen. I can hear the cable channel but not see it.

I decided to get an LG because I have LG appliances and large tvs. This is, by far, the worst picture I have ever seen on a TV. I kept thinking it was my eyes but my husband said he thinks something is wrong with it. I want to return it but I don't have the box. I thought I could adjust the settings and do updates and it would be fine. I cannot believe a new tv could have quality this bad. The people look blurry. I'm hoping it's a lemon because this is awful.

Maybe these actions are there but I sure don't know how to find them. I have pushed every button but no luck.
