    The tv may be smart—but I’m not. There was an outage a couple of days ago and I haven’t been able to get the request for a numeric pin for the parental control off the tv screen. I can hear the cable channel but not see it.

    Good value, but resident software needs an update. One problem so far is voice assist turns on without user request. Very annoying.

    Perfectly fine, but the screen just isn’t sharp. If there is writing, like a video title, it’s just blurry a bit. Otherwise works well.

    I have all LG tvs except for the 32" Samsung i was replacing that finally broke after years. I decided to get an LG because I have LG appliances and large tvs. This is, by far, the worst picture I have ever seen on a TV. I kept thinking it was my eyes but my husband said he thinks something is wrong with it. I want to return it but I don't have the box. I thought I could adjust the settings and do updates and it would be fine. I cannot believe a new tv could have quality this bad. The people look blurry. I'm hoping it's a lemon because this is awful.

    good reception, but with minimal free meaningful channels. pbs is not an option. samsung tv offered more choices

    The remote does not indicate how I can go back to last program I was watching, it does have a sleep button where I can have it shut off in 30 minutes, Many things I could do with my Samsung TV. Maybe these actions are there but I sure don't know how to find them. I have pushed every button but no luck.
