Got this as a replacement for my previous LG which quit after about 14 years of steadfast service with me, not counting the years with its previous owner. So understandably when I saw another LG in my price range I went for it! For an open box item it was in a fairly excellent condition - all the pieces were there except one minor item and there were also hand prints on the tv itself indicating it had been handled before. It was otherwise in great shape. Compared to my previous TV of the same size, the picture color is not very deep and saturated, even after playing around with the settings. Also for older programming, it is not easy to get the aspect ratio quite right. The sound is ok for me. However it (and the remote) does have a million more functionalities and apps than my predecessor - which is why I chose it over all the other brands in its caliber - a couple months later and I still haven't had time to go through All the apps, settings, functions, promotional items, etc. All in all good for the price despite sacrificing a bit of picture quality - but it suits my bedroom TV requirements. Depending on your needs I'd recommend it.

Clear, sharp picture. Much more features than the tv it replaces. Hopefully it will last as long.

I am delighted with the purchase. The Best Buy website makes shopping easy and supplies confirmation that the product is in stock. The LG was the size, quality, and smart feature I was looking for. I just walked in, grabbed the TV, and was back home with the new TV in no time.

I installed this 32’ in my girlfriend’s truck! She loves it! Its a smart tv so it has all the latest streaming apps and more! Works best with Wifi of course and the remote is easy to navigate.

This is a terrific LG product, with vivid colors and clear reading capability. There is some difficulty with integrating the remote controls with the AT&T Directv system.

This tv is really great. However, it is basic. It doesn't have some of the features my LG 65 inch has. All said, is perfect for my office. It has a great picture and the sound is ok (like most tvs these days). I would highly recommend it especially for the price!

Excellent picture quality; easy set-up and operation.

Excellent value for he price. Per typical LG quality, thisTV has a very bright, sharp picture and excellent sound plus it turns on instantly. Note that I found that the best picture quality for me at least comes from the APS in LG settings, not standard as one would think.

Great TV. Easy network set up. Love the screen and picture quality. Only downside is the remote. It has so many buttons that don't tell you what they do so you're basically guessing what button does what. Other than that it works for her dorm room.

Pros: Fast response to remote w/ fast processor. Good color and high viewing angle. Good sound. Cons: Must buy separate remote for all functions on TV to work. Horrible user interface. For example: CC captioning is buried under 4 or 5 obscure layers.

The lg tv is just the right size for the guest bedroom. It has a great picture.

Overall great tv. But pairing with Cox wireless cable box was agonizing. Called Cox 3 times and got 3 different set of directions to pair. None worked. Finally called LG customer service, they knew how to do it. Less than 5 minutes!
