I almost gave up, until I read someone's review on how had the same problem. Very poorly made there. You think with a nice tv, they would get the details right? Not a good reflection on LG's quality control. Very poor.

Frequent interruptions during my viewing with screen message :"this channel is no longer available, return to previous channel". After switching back to a previous channel and back to the interrupted channel, which I was viewing, I can resume my viewing. This is a gross distraction. On Oct. 5, loss access to several channels, which I viewed the day before. The screen is black and there is no sound. Currently can view 3 channels. Seriously considering this for a junk pick up.

Upon removal from box, my husband noticed that the screen was severely damaged and the tv could not be watched at all. We now have to return it and hope that the store has another one in stock as this was a gift for our daughter. As you can imagine, she is devastated as she has been waiting patiently for Christmas in hopes if getting it. Now she has it and cannot use it. What will Best Buy do to rectify this inconvenience? My husband will be at a store tomorrow to return said broken TV in hopes that the one left at store is still available. Thats the best picture I can get due to reflection. Perhaps we can give a better review when we can actually have a functioning

Really tiny hard to see remote

The TV itself is good and if the remote was larger or the markings on those tiny buttons was easier to see I would have given this TV 5 stars.

The picture quality really wasn't what I expected and I exchanged it for another television(different brand).
