I ordered it online and picked it up in Waco, TX. I kept it boxed as a birthday gift for my mother. On her last birthday before she expired, I took it to her home, she opened it, I connected it and it did not work whatsoever. It doesn't take a genius to know that the power board was defective (I'm a retired audio/video, telecommunication computer network manager). Unfortunately for me, it was past the BestBuy return window, so I ate $300 and my mother didn't get her new television on her birthday. I did not attempt to ask BestBuy to make it right, but maybe someone at the BestBuy or LEG corporate office will read this review, contact me and make it right? Online OrderNumberBBY01-806469745260 Word of mouth is the best advertising. Many were disappointed, to say the least.

The instructions were vague and minimal. I and several others have tried to figure how to make the picture lighter. The directions never explain how to find a menu to locate operating procedures. We have tried u tube for help, google for help snd nothing is working. Several have tried but fail.

Won't connect to WiFi

I've gone through every troubleshooting recommendation I can find by LG and nothing works. The TV will connect to my iPhone hot spot but I don't want to burn up my data. Super disappointed since it's the only electronic in my house that won't connect to WiFi.

The remote buttons have to be pressed multiple times for them to work, and the TV buffers and is so slow just to change from channel to channel or app to app. Really fustrating considering that this is LG and is suppose to be a good brand.
