Great tv for the price!

Love pic wifi is terrible

But it connects to my wifi, but disconnects every time I turn it off. I have a Vizio TV that stays connected, the signal is strong, my laptop, iPad, iPhone all stay or pickup connection. I tried to chat, spent first 10 minutes moving from 6 -1, then ten minutes as 1st in Queue. Restarted chat, when I would not restart router (no other problems with wifi) chat was terminated. Not at all happy. I only realized the problem after return time or it would have gone back
