I turned it on one day, the screen froze and then went out and never came back on, but I can hear sound in the background. It was NEVER dropped and I barely watched TV; meaning, it was not on regularly (1 to 2 times a month). I searched the web and found out that this is a common problem among LG Smart tvs. Not worth it to me.

That is not true and I was very disappointed. Now I have a TV monitor that I cannot hook to my Microsoft surface
