Picture quality is sharp with HDR, and webOS makes streaming super easy. Setup was quick, and it’s lightweight for wall mounting. Love the free LG Channels and voice control with Alexa. Great features at a great price—highly recommend!

The last TV I bought everytime I turned off the TV when I turned it back on I had to search through the channels, because it didn't even come on to the last channel I was watching.

What happened to the good ole customer service? Going to find something in the back of the store is what the employees are supposed to do, right? Not say they don’t want to go looking for the part.

Only caveat is like many things you buy today, it's heavy on trying to get you to upgrade - an over 80-year-old is using the TV and doesn't want or need the bells and whistles. Would be better to give an easy way out of the ads/commercials.

Only reason i gave 4 stars rather than 5 is thay the remote is a bit clunky and large. To many buttons for my liking but that coukd jsut be personal preference. You wont be disappointed with the quality.
