The monitor is great so I’m giving this 5 stars. However I would give Best Buy 1 star. The packaging was clearly previously opened. I assumed Best Buy had opened it to make certain everything was good before they shipped it to me. However there was no HDMI cord in the box as advertised making me realize this was a returned item. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

I like having plenty of screen real estate, at the cost of high resolution (read: small screen fonts), so this monitor suits me fine. It does take a some time to adjust to the this, but otherwise, I can have many applications open and viewed at once. There are plenty of screen picture adjustments, and the quality of the image is great for the price, if all you need is a monitor for work duties.

This is an excellent monitor. It has a huge screen with a very tight screen resolution. Highly recommended

Great monitor with features of many higher end monitors! Perfect size, great resolution.

I am very pleased with this monitor. Out of the box, the colors are not so great, but if you use the custom picture mode and tinker with the settings, it looks fine. I use it primarily for watching YouTube videos, and it does a great job. I really like the size, and I made room for it on my desk. Next purchase will be a graphics card update.

Overall very good monitor. I had gone back and forth quite a bit between refresh rate and resolution, but opted for the 4K resolution, since I play games pretty casually and also like to watch movies in higher resolution. Only drawback so far is the very large AC plug - Not the biggest deal, but I had to change my extension cord to also accommodate my console

I truly love this monitor. I love the look of it with the white back, the visual/anti glare is very noticeable and great in comparison to my old monitor. I also like the sound as well. Although it doesn’t have up and down adjustment, it does have screen tilt adjusting and that compensates for it. I am really loving this monitor so far.

It looks awesome - straight on. Things get very washed out very fast.and you go off-angle. Of course, this isnt a TV either so you're going to be directly in front of it. Worth every penny.

Excellent LARGE monitor! I was prepared to get the wide screen 34 monitor until I saw this one. Download the driver to split the screen any lawyer you want and it’s like having 2 or 3 monitors in 1! Game changer for productivity and home office desk space.

Picture was amazing; I returned because it was a bit too small for me and i found something with a remote but other than that everything about this tv was great.

This is our 3rd 4K LG monitor, plus we also have a 4K LG OLED TV. I've always been impressed with the displays, vibrant and crisp with great contrast. Would highly recommend this - I use mine for office applications, my wife for coding, between us we have zero complaints.

It's hard to find a monitor this size in store that is not curved. The base is a little weird, but it perfectly fits a piece of pre-finished shelving that turns the space into something usable.

For the price and quality, it can't be beat. Be aware that this monitor does not use a regular power cord. It uses a DC large plug in that takes up much space around the electrical outlet. The reason I gave it four stars.

liked this monitor at the price but unfortunately it developed a green vertical line without warning, Good thing I have an elite membership and longer time to return product, otherwise I would have been stuck with this defective monitor after just a month and a couple of weeks. Other than that it was a great product and i don't even know if that's a quality control issue wit that particular monitor or its the norm for this model.

I’ve had nothing but trouble from this monitor. It’s great when it’s working but it is glitchy as hell. If I let my computer sleep with the external monitor on and connected it will not return to life properly. I have to do a hard shutdown to fix this. I have lost data in this process. If you offered to take it back and refund my money, I would do it. My previous (smaller) monitor worked flawlessly. My wife has it now.

Nice monitor for a VA panel. I would've loved it if the stand was able to adjust, which I assumed that it was able to due to the $500 version was able to adjust. Very disappointed in the stand of monitor. Haven't been able to test it out as much but I am glad that at this price point that it has a pretty decent built in speaker which is a plus. Although when I view certain videos the color contrast isn't as good, kind of blurry, doesn't bother me as much because I'm using this for school/work. I'm not sure which stands I am able to use with this besides vesa mount, which I do not like because it damages the wall. Also used this with a Mac.

Got this for my wife to use with her MacBook Pro and it works great! Beautiful big picture. The speakers work well on it but honestly aren’t the best sounding ones. We have this mounted on the Insignia monitor mount attached to her desk. Very happy with it!

Great monitor for the price. I already had 2, so this is my 3rd. Very happy with it. It does have speakers, so you can use it as a TV with a Firestick, Chromecast or similar media streaming device.

Pretty good display for the price. HDR looks too dark on this monitor. Wish I could also move the screen lower than the stand allows me too, there is no adjustments allowed.

A nice upgrade for my son from his laptop computer/monitor. He is able to switch between windows and multitask much easier. Got it on sale at $100 off!
