delivery took very long time and AC is really loud and really weak, only get it for small room, otherwise i would not recommend it on the other hand it was easy to install, it came with a little crack too

Five stars. I pulled up to a numbered parking spot, I tapped the yellow button in my email and entered my car make and model. It took no more than 5 minutes before someone was at my car. I have done curbside with other companies like Microcenter it took close to an hour. Excellent job Best Buy.

This unit requires the in-wall sleeve that sells separately for another hundred bucks. I don't know how it works because we had to go back and buy the sleeve which has to be ordered and reinstall it...Poor communications all around from Best Buy and LG...It's probably a good deal if you paid $350 or so. Not so much at $500 plus...

Installing through the wall air conditioner with separate sleeve involves more work than just using a standard air conditioner and using the units own casing. Saves you the additional cost of the separate sleeve.
