It’s an excellent Monitor specially for someone who just started gaming.

Wonderful colors! Excellent performance from a monitor standpoint. I bought two at the same time and my wife absolutely loves hers. I couldn't stand a few things so I had to return mine... So this is review is for my experiences only. First and foremost, I guess this applies to all ultra wide monitors, but I was unprepared for just how "squat" The resultant display is for productivity minded tasks such as word documents, excel spreadsheets, etc... So I guess I should have just gone and used one in the store before I jumped into buying one. However, there are a couple of notable deal breakers for me on this particular model as well, the support structure underneath the ultra wide monitor is way too flimsy for such a large panel. So any resultant budge on your keyboard or your desk means that the entire panel is going to wobble uncontrollably for a couple of seconds. So I'd only recommend this monitor if you are using a very, very sturdy desk underneath it. My wife types very daintily so it's not an issue for her. Lastly, most of the computers and tablets that I've plugged in to this monitor have been able to run the full display without any issue... But I did notice that the fan on most laptops run a lot more continuously due to the increased horsepower utilized for the graphics. This is not the same experience I have had with other dual monitor setups before so I don't know what the difference is, but there is something unique about this ultra wide display that requires more cooling from the internal fan. Long-term, I don't know how I feel about that for laptops running hot. I guarantee this is not a problem with most desktops though.

I use this mainly for work and a little console gaming. Good picture quality, text looks crisp. Very little ghosting as this is a IPS panel. No speakers but thats ok for me. Picture by picture is super handy. Works with simultaneous connection of my xbox series s and work macbook. For 300 buck, this is a great value.

It's an OK monitor, but not up to LG standards in my opinion. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was fine for the first 6 months then it started just randomly shutting off. You would have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn back on. After my experience with LG customer service, this was the last LG product I will buy. I had an appointment with BB for repair/warranty service but while unhooking the monitor the screen cracked under the weight of my thumb at the top edge. I promise people, I am not that strong! LG said since it was cracked that voided the warranty. If it was just turning off (which was the reason I was unplugging it in the first place) they would have cover it, but the crack voided the warranty. I would never have been moving that thing had it not been shorting out in the first place. But they'd be happy to take $500 to fix my $300 screen. I passed on that. And yes, I know the crack was caused by me but given why I was touching it in the first place, I guess I expected even a little something from LG: lower price for the repair or a small gift certificate/discount code to use on a replacement LG monitor. . . . something other than 'tough luck lady, is there anything else we can help with today?' Overall, I'm disappointed in this LG product. This is not what I'm used to getting from LG.

Great clarity, good sized screen, fast response rate.

Ghost effect randomly happens. It is great when it works and it wakes up instantly when computer is in sleep mode. Occasionally, It has ghost effect on screen that causes images to stuck and flicker for a while. Even if you turn off or any cables disconnected, still have that effect for awhile and if you get lucky you will get your monitor back.

The only issue is screen doesn't have controls to change brightness, contrast on it. We need to download the software on PC and control from there

It was good while it lasted, aside from the port limitations (I was okay with working around those) BUT this monitor unfortunately died on me after 3 months without warning. It just decided to not power on one day. Very disappointed to experience this at this price point and from a company I usually recommend to friends.

Great monitor works great and the picture is wonderful

I just love how big it is. I have 2 of these for my home office. I'm 48 and need everything big because my old eyes are going blind with age. I also love the fact that it takes the place of the four screens I had creating a cleaner smoother look.

This LG display is a power hog, quite literally. It consumes 30W at a minimum, at all times. Energy Saver settings seem to have no affect. Even if powered off, if it has a display cable connected at all, it is drawing 30Watts of power consistently. I am debating returning it because the amount of power draw exceeds all of my other displays put together, even if its supposed to be in standby.

Great monitor ever!! Highly recommend to get it, I'm enjoying it!

Great quality and easy to set up. Worth every cent especially for us older people with failing eyes.
