I had a contractor coming in to remodel my kitchen so I wanted to have everything ready being that contractors are always on a time crunch (especially now a days since everyone has the same idea). Well a month later after it was delivered he finally installed it (went from electric to gas cooktop). Well the "Superboil" was a super flop because it did not work properly. Electrical issue. I called Best Buy to see if I can exchange it and they said no because I was over the "return" time frame. Wow after spending $11K on appliances they would not return a brand new out of the box defective appliance. I have had bad experiences with Best Buy before and have avoided buying things from there. But I thought I would give them one more try and again their customer service failed me again. Last time I buy from Best Buy...buyer be ware.
