Salesperson clueless, do your own research

Getting the product up and running was another issue. We told the salesperson what brand of tv that we had. He assured us this soundbar would work fine. After 30 minutes of trying to get it to work. Good ole Google/YouTube to the rescue. A big con, is that when you turn the sound bar on. It’s very delayed in connecting. If we hadn’t of thrown the box away. I would have returned it.

The volume level is super low. I'd have to have the volume up to 30 just so I can hear in a small 500 sqft room. There is no equalizer function so you will not have the ability to change the mids, treble, or sound style. While it does have the ability to increase and decrease the volume on rear speakers and subwoofer, the overall volume and bass is not that great. There is no immersion with the sound bar. The sound is just loud but you cannot feel it.
