No HDMI cable which means no eArc connection. I still got it setup and sound was louder but hardly better quality than the LG TV speakers. I will return and spedt a little more money to get a much better system.

It happened that the package was missing the power card for the soundbar when it was eventually opened. I made several efforts to obtain the missing power cord from BestBuy, but to no avail. I called BestBuy customer hotline several times and was told to go to any store to get the missing power card. I made two trips to the BestBuy store only to be given the classic “round around”. They were not even the least helpful at all, which caused me to become increasingly frustrated. Eventually on my 3rd visit to the BestBuy store, I learnt that BestBuy is aware that the LG soundbar package is sold without the power cord, nonetheless, they made absolutely no effort the inform prospective buyers such as myself. I ended up buying a replacement power cord on Amazon. The soundbar also turned out to be barely decent for all that trouble, and therefore not worth it. Please be careful buying LG soundbars at BestBuy. Make sure to have the package open to check the all the parts are included.

The standout are the two peripheral speakers that are included they give great volume, but as for the the main speaker it leaves more to be desired especially including the subwoofer.

Looks good sounds bad

Never had a sound bar before. But honestly I incredibly disappointed. My apartment is small and the speakers were close to my spot. I literally had to have it turned up to 100 for it to even be audible. Horrible product.

Very poor, tinny sound

Do not buy unless you don't care about sound quality or want your surround system to sound worse than the TV speakers
