Never had a sound bar before. But honestly I incredibly disappointed. My apartment is small and the speakers were close to my spot. I literally had to have it turned up to 100 for it to even be audible. Horrible product.

Very poor, tinny sound

Do not buy unless you don't care about sound quality or want your surround system to sound worse than the TV speakers

Contacted support and they completely ghosted me. Reached out again and once again nothing. “Like New” is supposed to have all of the necessary components, it’s right in the terms of agreement. Apparently they don’t check the boxes at all. I don’t have time to drive an hour to the nearest Best Buy to return it so I had to buy the cables myself off eBay to get it to work, which ended up costing me more than if I had purchased it new.
