    The subwoofer is great but the rear speakers and soundbar lack in volume and clarity, for $400 I’d rather get a system that actually connects. Rear speakers also barely work and one of the pair is completely dead

    Don’t let the title mislead you cause the rear speakers are not wireless and they don’t even give you the wires for the speakers. I never got to hook everything up cause already disappointed cause I wanted wireless rear speakers

    Im not sure how they can get away with calling this wireless when there are clearly wires that you have to drag across the room. Their excuse is that it needs power. Well there are plenty of wireless speakers on the market. So this is deceiving. RETURNED

    I bought this January 10th and returned it next day. The sound was mediocre at best. The rear speakers didn’t work even after setup. So save yourself the hassle.

    Worked one day and wont come back on. I contacted best buy to return who promised a replacement but then cancelled. Gave me a limited time to return but failed to send label to return. After spending another 1/2hour on their chat they finally got me a label. 1st and last order from best buy. I troubleshooted problem online and apparently this product problem was common as many post about it Poor products and even though customer service seemed to try epic fail until the third attempt.

    I have an LG tv, and had an lg soundbar that is about 7 years old or so. The wireless subwoofer started to drop its connection, pretty frequently, so I decided to replace it. I chose this one, as i thought it would connect and work seamlessly with the tv and its remote like the old one did. It does not, and when checking the manual, I found that it does not function with the lg magic remote. Most of their tvs come with a magic remote, so it basically doesn't work with their own products. I even went a step further and got a universal remote, and they still do not function together in a synchronized manner. Will most likely be returning this, and getting a different brand altogether. I'm not too thrilled with the picture quality of the tv as compared to the samsung tvs i have either. LG has really gone downhill.

    Trouble from the word go remote does not match instruction manuel what there is of one have to reset over and over and support staff hangs up on you..dont like the oled tv or the sound bar good money just wasted. Sounds like crap

    I'm glad I didn't spend a lot for this system, it would be good for a SMALL ROOM, but not my finished basement with my 86" LG TV I recently purchased, just not loud enough, very disappointed

    Dialogue sounds awful

    There is no center channel. The left and right sound bar sleakers leave sialogue sounding muffled and phased out. Everything sounds boxy and weak. I was incredibly disappointed with this ourchase and am returning it day after purchase. I cant believe Best Buy sells such a bad product. I assume the positive reciews are fake. This was a very regrettable purchase.
