There was long hair and dead bugs in the box. Missing 3/4 of the parts too i was so angry and when returning it the woman gave me a hard time after waiting in line for 40 minutes because they only have 1 cashier and you wonder why people shop on amazon over best buy

Not high quality

Don’t waste your money!

Each time I turn the tv on I have to manually connect it. Now it won’t even connect at all. Thankfully I got it on sale so I’m not too upset about the money. But this junk is going in the TRASH!!!!

If you’re still having trouble with syncing, giving the soundbar a little reset could do the trick—just hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to set it back to factory settings. Did not work out if the box
