Customers regard the 4.1 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with TurboDrum Technology highly for its cleaning performance, quiet operation, and ease of use. Many appreciate the washer's large capacity and the inclusion of an agitator, while some find the spin cycle slower than in higher-priced models and miss having a cycle timer. The lid and overall size also receive positive feedback. A few users experienced issues with the washer's balance.

Easy to use, easier to access the bottom of the drum than our previous washer.

We needed a replacement washer and this was available on sale. It's a nice basic washer. It doesn't handle large, heavier loads very well but otherwise a good washer for the price

I bought this washer in January 2025. I was fairly satified with it, until it wouldn't spin on the spin cycle. It made a horrible noise and did not spin properly, very slowly. Had to go through LG since it was still under warranty, despite having a geek squad protection plan. Dealing with LG has been a nightmare. I was told they would find a service provider in my area and I would get a call, still waiting over a week now. Have spoken to several customer service agents and each one tells me something slightly different and I have to fully explain and send a video. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.
Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out. We understand how important it is for your LG Washer (WT6105CW) model to spin properly—especially after only a few months of use—and we’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating your service experience has been. One helpful step you can try while waiting for service is checking the drain pump filter area (if accessible on your model) to make sure nothing is blocking water flow. A clogged filter can cause slow or failed spin cycles and unusual noises because the washer can’t fully drain before spinning. We’d like to take a closer look at your case and ensure it gets proper attention. Please send us an email at [email protected] with so our team can assist further. ^Juvy

So much better than the last one. Really needed one with an agitator. Love the glass lid, can't help but watch how it cleans.

I love the idea of the washer balancing the load before starting the wash. The motor is quiet, the see through lid is so convenient and it is also soft close. Love it!
