Purchased to replace a failing washing machine, already several years old, which appeared to be nearing end of useful lifetime. This machine is amazingly quiet, and the controls are highly intuitive. The tub is large enough to take a full week's washing, and the additional cycles cover such things as heavy duty, bedding, bulky and deep cleaning. Also rather like the musical notes played when programming and when reaching end of cycle.

Quiet, large capacity and a nice viewing window on top cover. Clothes come out clean. Even the children can do their own clothes.

I love, love my new washer. I actually enjoy doing laundry now. My clothes come out so clean. This washer is so easy to use. I ❤️ love the chime it makes when the washer is done. I read one review where one lady complained about the chime. I carefully researched all the different options when it came to making my decision on which washer to pick. I knew I wanted to buy from Best Buy beforehand. The Lg has so many features . One in particular it cleans your washer if there is residue left after doing a really dirty load. The drum is huge its nice for doing alot of towels.

This washer does the job!! Quiet and efficient with nice selection of settings. Another review stated no permanent press cycle, but most of the new washers don't offer that! Normal wash cycle took that over! Like the no slam glass top and also purchased the matching dryer. Very happy with the purchase and the service from Best Buy.

I bought this to replace a very expensive Samsung front loader that failed right after a year. (Some inner bolts destroyed the drum, boot & other parts making it too expensive to repair) I have to say, I love this washer way more!!. It’s quiet & does a great job with our clothes lol. With the other washer our clothes did not come out smelling clean as they should. We do not have that problem anymore. I honestly wish I would have bought this washer first instead of the overpriced junk I had before.

I am an OCD person and this washer has satisfied my needs! Washes amazingly makes absolutely no noise has so much space for bedding and all the options are amazing from delicate to rough washing saves water and energy !

Old washer broke just after Christmas with a house full of dirty sheets and clothes , We need a fast locate and install, but only needed a simple to use but good brand machine, Searched on line and found the LG high speed spin to super dry the clothes before drying, Wow, water efficient too! It works great. Best Buy total Tech delivery, setup and short demo in two days Jan 2nd, made the total experience easy. Be sure to look closely at the checked boxes when ordering online. Some boxes checked did not show up on our shopping cart when we paid. Had to add new hoses and installation later that did not show up on Best Buy checkout invoice & payment, Overall fast, delivery was good and we are very pleased whit how the machine works since purchased 2 weeks ago.

quiet and the spin cycle is excellent. last machine was a maytag bravos and I think this one is so much better. uses more water and gets the clothes cleaner

I bought this washer to replace the Whirlpool that died and it wasn't worth it to have it repaired. I have had this washer since November and so far it's been great. Super quiet and easy to operate. I'm not sure why some people are having issues with the water levels and have to use deep fill, but so far I haven't had any at all.

This washer has a very good capacity and simple controls. It is also really quiet even in the spin cycle. I have been pleased with everything I have used with this LG washer.

So far absolutely love this washing machine. It is quiet compared to our former unit. It also does a great job of balancing for the spin cycle. It cleans the clothes really well also. The only thing I feel is that it doesn't put enough water in the tub, so I need to figure out what steps to use to increase the amount of water. Love it.

Our washing machine went out so we starting looking. We found this machine and it was waiting for us when we got to the store and they loaded it quickly and happily. The machine has a large capacity and is very simple to use. You dont need to select a size of load it just figures it for you. The lid is clear and slam resistant. Its actually pretty quiet and does a very good job with blankets and pet beds. We have enjoyed the machine from the first day. Its so simple that even I can now help my wife with the laundry. Very pleased with this pirchase.
