I recently purchased this LG top-load washer from Best Buy, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade! The 4.1 cu. ft. capacity easily handles large loads, including bedding, without feeling cramped. The TurboDrum Technology gets clothes spotless while being gentle — no more twisted or stretched items. I also appreciate how quiet it is during the spin cycle, which makes a big difference in our home. The controls are simple and easy to understand, and the white finish is classic and clean-looking. If you want a high-efficiency washer that’s powerful, easy to use, and energy-saving, I highly recommend this model!

One of the best grown up purchases I have made. Great price and WAY BETTER than my original unit. Large space for clothes and u can wash bedding no problem. Love how quiet it is and doesn't use a lot of water.

Replaced broken Samsung impeller washer with this item and very pleased with this purchase. Never was as happy without the agitator, load would end up unbalanced frequently and had to readjust items. I was never told how to place items in the washer correctly so followed the manual instructions but that did not make any difference. With the agitator it is easier to place items in evenly and I have not had any issues at all with load becoming unbalanced. Clothes/bedding, even rugs have gone through wash, come out clean and seem more wrung out than with old washer. It has a smaller drum but holds enough items since it is just me. There are enough options for different types of wash. Only con would be that it does not display the time in minutes of each wash. Very happy with this L.G. washer

I love this LG washer. It’s quiet, efficient, and smart. It uses less water and the clothes are clean. I have cats and wash a lot of towels, and this machine has no problem. I had to get used to the door lock, but it just takes a minute for it to unlock. The chime isn’t too annoying. I think I could turn it off, but we’ve all gotten used to it. The only issue is that the tub is so deep and I’m short that I have to get on a step stool to reach the bottom of the tub. But that’s a mere inconvenience. That deep tub allows me to wash my comforter.

We were nervous about the purchase given some of the poorer reviews despite the very good overall rating. Everything went well. The salesman reassured us that if any issues we could reach out to him directly vs the dreaded 800 line (which we had a horrible experience with at Best Buy on an counter top stove purchase). Fortunately we did not need to put that to practice. The washer arrived undmasged. We installed it ourselves so did not have to pay the extra cost of a new hoses. The unit runs great and much better than the previous 30 year old washer which my wife made me finally change due to a timer issue. It had higher capacity and has some smart features in terms of water usage and very quiet as well. Not sure how long it will last. I bet not as long as the our old mechanically controlled unit. Also for the price it seems to do anything we would want to do very much equivalent to the old tried and true older unit.

Great product. Looks good, is quiet and efficient. Huge upgrade going with this LG washer. This is the second one we have bought (for two different houses.)

This is a great washing machine. It runs quiet; all we really hear is when the water is filling it. It has lots of space including for blankets. We are both under 5'-5" so sometimes we have to get on our toes to reach the bottom, but that is so much better than not having the space. The control panel is not overly complicated whichis good because we only wash common items.

We love our new LG washer!! We literally set it and forget it until the pleasant ring tone lets you know that your clothes or other items are done. Simply load your clothes in the huge, deep bin, pour the liquid detergent in one slot and the fabric softener in the other, and the washer takes care of the rest, even selecting the right amount of water. No more wasted water. There are a variety of settings from which to choose: Quick Wash, Normal, Heavy Duty, Bedding, Deep Wash, Bedding, Delicates, Spin Only, and Tub Clean. No more rolling up the sleeves to scrub the drum clean. Select Tub Clean and the washing machine self cleans with hot water. Clothes come out super clean and are nearly dry when the washing machine stops. We have cut our drying time in half. The slam-proof glass is a soft close lid, and once you start the washer, it locks in place. Awesome feature!! We were so impressed with the LG washer that we replaced our old Whirlpool microwave with an LG and couldn’t be happier. Next up is a new LG French door refrigerator. The only thing that I do recommend is to wash like fabrics and not mix them up. For instance, if you’re tempted to throw in that sheet set with a comforter or quilt, don’t do it because it will throw the washer out of balance, and the sheets will end up tightly wrapped around the agitator. Overall, this is an excellent machine and worth every penny.

Very quiet and very easy to use. Great capacity. I can wash twice as many clothes over my old washer. I like the glass lid do I can actually see the washing process. I like that it chimes when it is done. My old washer didn't do that. I also like that I can choose the water depth to fit my needs. Super quiet and very fast washer!

This Lg top loader washer replaced a Whirlpool front load washer that was hard for my parents to operate. This washer is much easier to program due to the preset options and water sensing design. This washer has a slam proof lid, an agitator for a better clean, plenty of room for washing large loads and it plays a chime at the end of each cycle. Not only is it quiet while washing but you're not waiting all day for one load to be done. Overall, this is an excellent machine, worth every penny and I'm very happy with this purchase. Thank you LG and Best Buy.

This washing machine is very easy to use. All the settings are easy to select. There is more than enough room in the washing machine for heavy loads that include large items such as towels, blankets, etc. The spinner is very smooth and gentle as it washes the clothes. It is very interesting watching the washer performance through the glass lid. I recommend this washing machine!

Purchased to replace a failing washing machine, already several years old, which appeared to be nearing end of useful lifetime. This machine is amazingly quiet, and the controls are highly intuitive. The tub is large enough to take a full week's washing, and the additional cycles cover such things as heavy duty, bedding, bulky and deep cleaning. Also rather like the musical notes played when programming and when reaching end of cycle.

This replaced a front load washer. Very happy with this washing machine. It's quiet, has plenty of room to washing larger loads or blankets. Much easier for me to load and unload with this style of washing machine.

I’m very pleased with this washer. It took a few minutes to learn the functions. It uses a small amount of water, but the clothes come out very clean and fresh. There is a way to set it on a deep water cycle is needed. Also love the non-slam clear lid! Also is VERY quiet

Washer is easy to operate. Controls are straightforward. Clear glass on the lid lets you see your clothes. Relatively quiet operation. Clothes come out clean. The musical chime tones when your load is done sound like the machine swallowed a Casio keyboard from the 80's, but if you can put up with that, you'll be very happy with this machine.

Quiet, large capacity and a nice viewing window on top cover. Clothes come out clean. Even the children can do their own clothes.

I’m so pleased with my purchase and the service I received! I got a great deal and very nice service! The washer is roomy and washes without any issues it’s also easy to use. Nothing fancy but has everything I need.

quiet and the spin cycle is excellent. last machine was a maytag bravos and I think this one is so much better. uses more water and gets the clothes cleaner
