Upon the first use of this LG washer, it was clear that it was above its competitors. An easy hook up, & an even easier first use. Low water usage & high power efficiency. If you’re looking for the “Best Budget Buy”, look no further than this!

Due to delivery timing, we used another company initially. When delivering both a washer and dryer, either the washer was defective from the factory or was damaged in transit. In any event, they were unable to replace the washer machine within 6-8 weeks. Best Buy to the rescue. The delivery window for you was now down to a day or two for the same machine. Delivery was effortless and, in my opinion, correctly done. No problems! As far as usage of the machine, it's done everything we wanted at a reasonable price point. It's taken a few weeks to master some of the quirks of the setup, but that's expected when upgrading a 25-year old washer!

Easy to use and does an excellent job of cleaning my laundry. Unlike older washers, you have to add your soap and then close the lid, select cleaning option, and water temperature in order for it to start. It takes about a minute or so before it will start to fill with water.

Has worked wonders for me thus far - no issues whatsoever! Clothes come out clean and smelling fresh - plus, I love being able to watch the wash cycle as it runs! The clothes definitely circulate all the way from the bottom to the top of the pile. I was initially worried that the water level wouldn't be high enough for large loads, but that fear has been put to rest, too. Definitely a decent machine for the price (thus far...)!

This is new and I have put three or four loads through it. I use suggested soup and follow all instructions. It takes time to really know enough for a full review. I like LG products in general and researched. So far, I have only positive things to say about this machine. My wife and I are the only users so not much to tell you. If you have 3-5 people living in the house, I suggest a larger capacity washer. LG makes all sizes, which are highly rated. Tip, do not over fill the machine. Two loads are better forcing one big load into this 4.1 cu ft. Tub. I recommend this unit. We have had good experience with LG BRAND. I feel for the price point, this is the best choice.

Have only had for a month or so, but am pleased so far. Very quiet, uses a lot less water. Direct drive is impressive. Took a little getting used to especially how it uses so little water for a wash. But even with less water, clothes are every bit as clean as old washer it replaced.

This is the first LG washing machine I have purchased, and I am very pleased. It's quiet, efficient, and makes me smile every time I hear the musical tune when the cycle is finished.

This washer does a good job, whether a small or extra large load. I bought it because Consumer Reports recommended it and I'm glad I did. Some people have complained of the tones at the beginning and end of a load, but I like it since I'm rarely in the room when the load is finished. It's very quiet, too.

Runs great easy to use very quit cloths mice and clean

I bought this because it's not energy efficient. I wanted a machine that filled up with water & it does. I would prefer it had a few more options like the digital models do but I can live without them. The main thing is my clothes are clean & I didn't have to wash one load 5-6 times like with the front loading machine I had before.overall I like it!

Very quiet, washes well and works great. Wish it had a solid top instead of window just in case something gets dropped on it.

Was looking for a simple and easy to use washing machine for my grandma and this I have to say that it was easy and she likes it and liked that it done what it was supposed to (her word). Would recommend.

Holds a lot and is very quite. Cleans good and quick.

This is a great washer. It works as it should. I don't have balance issues. I just throw stuff in and put soap in and come get it when the machine tells me its done. Like the glass door. It is very quite!

So far so good. It is quiet while spinning clothes out. Of you are short itmau be hard to get the clothes out of the bottom. My wife is 5ft tall and can not reach the bottom. That being said, that is the only thing bad i have to say.
