Only had this washer for 2 days, but so far - so good. Quiet operation, two water levels which is kind to your laundry, very minimal motion, and incredible 10 year warranty and a low price on top. As I said, so far - so good. Let's hope I stay impressed.

Our washing machine went out so we starting looking. We found this machine and it was waiting for us when we got to the store and they loaded it quickly and happily. The machine has a large capacity and is very simple to use. You dont need to select a size of load it just figures it for you. The lid is clear and slam resistant. Its actually pretty quiet and does a very good job with blankets and pet beds. We have enjoyed the machine from the first day. Its so simple that even I can now help my wife with the laundry. Very pleased with this pirchase.

I bought this washer for my mother because our other one just stopped draining so instead of calling so many technicians just bought a new one. We love it, easy to use simple and it gets the job done with cleaning and washing. Much quicker wash but cleans your clothes efficiently, not just a quick wash and there still some dirt or stain, that could also be from how much detergent you use which you can conveniently load in a tray. Last but not least once your wash is done it has a cute jingle for letting you know your wash is done which my daughter loved, not a plain “alarm” bell. Well worth it.

100% nice and quite and easy too use and clean ...

Its a way better washer than my last one. I've had no issues with it so far and have had it for 2 months. It has a delay start setting so i thought it was broken the first time i used it cuz it just spun with no water, but it just took a minute for the water to start flowing too. It washes a king sized blanket no problem and is quiet. I recommend loading heavy stuff first to keep it balanced.

Washes well and has a deep tub. We bought with the matching dryer. Am a fan of LG products. This one is near the cheaper LG washer-dryer sets but I figure that places the set near the middle of most other brands. The only drawback is that my wife is short and has trouble reaches to the bottom of the tub (she uses a little stool).

This machine is easy to operate and very quiet. The spin cycle does a great job.

So far a great machine. Quiet and gets clothes nice and clean, even big loads. Only complaint is the silly little tune it plays when it starts and finishes. Doesnt seem to be any way to turn it off.

It's quiet, easy to use, and the capacity to large.

Due to delivery timing, we used another company initially. When delivering both a washer and dryer, either the washer was defective from the factory or was damaged in transit. In any event, they were unable to replace the washer machine within 6-8 weeks. Best Buy to the rescue. The delivery window for you was now down to a day or two for the same machine. Delivery was effortless and, in my opinion, correctly done. No problems! As far as usage of the machine, it's done everything we wanted at a reasonable price point. It's taken a few weeks to master some of the quirks of the setup, but that's expected when upgrading a 25-year old washer!

It works wondefully. The controls are intuitive; easy to use. The washer cleans well. The advanced technology is amazing. The machine weighs the clothes inserted and determines the best depth of water, and prespins to even the load! It has already survived a sudden power failure - it was in the middle of a cycle and I feared it would damage the machine. It did not. Very good value for the money. Let's check back in a couple of years and see if I am still as pleased as I am now!

Easy to use and does an excellent job of cleaning my laundry. Unlike older washers, you have to add your soap and then close the lid, select cleaning option, and water temperature in order for it to start. It takes about a minute or so before it will start to fill with water.
