From not drying clothes to pausing every 5 minutes. Do not invest in the Geek Squad protection. They are unable to make any repairs and was blamed for using the machine correctly. Still waiting on repairs for this review

Heat Pump YES! No dryer vent needed

It requires a 220 electric outlet like most dryers. The sensor on the dryer does not work well, like most. Also it may take longer to dry so just plan ahead like the Europeans do. As you use it you will learn what works best. The maintenance is easy and heat pump technology is awesome, as well as the future. It holds a lot and can dry a large load despite its small size.

If you are able to have your dryer vent externally this not the best option.

Don’t buy

I ended up having to buy another dryer 3months after I bought this one because I couldn’t deal with clothes not being dry

Terrible installation service and missing parts

Do not buy their installation - they came three times, none of them know how to install and after three attempts, still not installed. Had to cancel installation and hired another technician. More: dryer came without electrical cords and no mounting kit
