    I have had multiple conversations with customer service to no satisfaction and no resolution. Over 13 phone calls and seven request for a supervisor to contact me in an effort to resolve this. No supervisor ever called me. multiple promises of gift cards for the inconvenience the and incorrect ordering by the store. No gift cards… absolutely horrible customer service. Now I hear nothing from them at all. I purchased elsewhere and that company got it delivered and installed within a week.

    The machine stops mid cycle. I had a second one to replace the first and now the new one is stopping mid cycle as well.
