We chose this model because it will be only one machine in the landfill when its life is over. It works beautifully. Dries perfectly. We had to change our laundry habits since the cycles can last a few hours but slowing down is not all bad.

I ordered this even after considering the mixed reviews. Purchased for space savings. Washer portion works great. The dryer portion takes forever and I never really feel like my laundry fully dries. Returning for traditional washer and dryer.

Love it so far. It saves us on space and is still big enough to wash a comforter at home. Loads are smaller and take longer than a traditional 2 unit though so might not be ideal if you have a large family.

The design of this machine is really amazing. It's basically set it and forget it. Does the cycle take 5 hours? Yes but that's ok given it's convenience.
However..... The inside of the machine has some serious issues. The water pump went just shortly after the manufactures warranty went out. Contacted LG and they let me know there's nothing they could do since it was past the date, but only a few weeks. So I took things into my own hands. In less than 2 years I have replaced the water pump 6 times. There's typically no warning either, it just breaks in some form and you're stuck with a tub of water and wet clothes.
Skip to today, something else has now gone wrong. It has been slowly leaking without my knowledge and destroying our kitchen and laundry room floors. Replaced the pump as usual and gave a continuous flow of water under the machine. Good bye floors!
2 years, replacing water pump 6 times and a $2,000 machine out the door. DO NOT buy this machine. This is your warning.

I have had my W/D 3 weeks now. From reviews I anticipated drying problems but all has been great. I knew not to overload and that drying would be slow - just know ahead of time and all will be well.

This review is for the smaller version (2.3cu+ 24") combination machine AND the larger: 4.3. I tried the smaller first, to see if it would be enough for 2 persons. It is, but you need to do laundry about every 2-3 days, which is fine, however, a little trickier is trying to wash all of your bedding. I prefer having the larger model. Read the instructions carefully. Clothing should be grouped/washed accordingly. This is especially important in the drying process. Damp and Normal are my two most used dry modes. The damp leaves the clothing slightly humid, just enough to hang it and let it air dry perfectly without wrinkles. "Normal" usually dries everything (towels, for example) very dry. I've used "More", which I found a little too hot ! (crinkled, wrinkled- probably only good for towels -- but even for jeans, I found this mode too strong) FYI: My drain is at 36" high. I bought this machine because we are about to do a remodel which includes ripping apart my laundry and I did not want to be without a machine/dryer for months. This was a perfect solution: we hooked it up in the garage. You only need electricity, water and a drain. This is our temp fix, until we get our new laundry room.

Dude, i throw my stuff in dirty, push the buttons, it takes a while, but when it beeps, its dry. Im a single dad. I dont know how many times I had clean, but wet cloths in the morning, and nothing to wear, because I forgot to put it in the dryer. Ive had it a couple years now, not one problem… I wipe it down like a car guy… i love it! Just watching for a wash machine show I can take it to to show off…

Great for apartments or condos with limited space. Works with normal 120v plugs, takes a little longer to complete a cycle, but I like that I don't have to transfer the wash to a dryer. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the cost.

Due to space issue this combo was needed, it fit perfect in our closet to tuck away when not in use. It takes very long to dry so far 2 hours plus which is the only reason why i don’t give it a 5 star.

Do you researching before buying this product! I will start with the number one problem! You will have lint that you cannot get rid of. There is nothing to catch the lint,it’s supposed to drain after each wash and rinse cycle. But it does not.
only a small percentage of it gets washed away the rest will spread through your home. Second complaint is if you wash a full load then you must take out half of the load before drying then set aside your wet clothes until the first half is complete drying then you can dry the second half.
Which is completely ridiculous!
Third complaint. I have yet to have a load of laundry that doesn’t look like it’s been stuffed into a backpack for a week.
my clothes come out completely wrinkled every load!
It’s so bad and I’ve had to go back to the old iron and ironing board!
Read the manual very closely if you decide to buy this product.
Other than that there are no complaints although my unit is broke now after only three months.
LG is a joke When it comes to resolving the customers issues. It will be a week before the technician ever looks at my unit.
That’s my story hope it helps you out with your purchase I would recommend front loaders or Toploader’s separate if you have the space.
Ventless does not mean lintless.
It’s actually alot worse than a vented dryer.
That’s what I have decided to go back with.
It’s been a big waste of time and money!
Good luck to you buyers!

This thing is like my own personal laundry butler. I put the clothes in dirty and they come out clean. The only thing that would make it better is if it folded them. Lol

Delivery was an hour earlier than scheduled, no call in advance. they couldn't connect it, because we had different type of pipes. Gentle delivery. Best Buy forced me to buy vents for this VENTLESS thing. have to return it now.
finally everything is connected (we did it ourself), and working! Lots of settings on the machine, so you can set for different types of fabrics. love it. *takes longer time, but higher quality laundry process
only 10A plug, very little water use and waist
perfect for our tiny place (we remodeled linen closet into laundry)

This is exactly what we needed since venting the dryer outside is not an option for us. At first it was difficult to operate because the ventless dryer is a technology that has only been in existence for a fairly short time. But everything that one needs to know for efficient operation is contained in the manual and you get to maximize the potential of the appliance. It just takes a little time to familiarize and get used to and we're still learning.

I love the idea behind this product but there are a few qualms.
1) clothes come out super wrinkly no matter what I try. (taking it out asap, softener w/ de-wrinkler in it, etc)
2) Have to clean out the lint each time and it gets everywhere/time consuming
3) Saves space, so that's great.
4) Dryer seems to be super hot, there's no colder settings
5) Takes forever to do a load
I love/hate it.
