We very much enjoy having this over a top load. We can do more or bigger laundry in this and it is more efficient. The smart phone feature is not what we thought it was though and even what little there is it's not kept up to date and you can't use it with iPhone.

So far I am amazed at the quiet operation and high spin speeds. Formerly, I had a great front loader which failed after 5 years. This machine is pretty quiet during wash, rinse and spin cycles. I love the user friendly details like the liquid detergent fill cup which has a clear marker for the maximum amount of liquid detergent one should add since my spouse tends to be heavy handed with this detergent. The adjustable cycle completion signal level is also great. When no one is napping, I can set the signal to medium and a nice little song plays at the end of the wash cycle to remind d me that it's done. When a kid is napping, I set the signal to low and no sounds are made. I think the wash quality is decent. I have no complaints

My whole family love the washer. It's big enough to do a large load of clothes. The machine sounds an alarm when it's done and you can do a load on cold water which is a plus compared to the old washer we had.

This is the second washer we have owned of this brand and general series. The older model we sold recently with our house, it had served our medium sized family well for several years. The washer we just purchased does a great job of washing the clothes, is quiet and reliable so far.

I bought this washer about a month ago. So far everything is perfect , the machine does not make much noise at all and it has plenty of space to wash even a blanket .

This is an awesome product - I have the matching dryer and was waiting for my washer to go. Love the spin on this - my clothes come out next to dry which is a great energy saver on my dryer. Many cycles but use the cold wash mostly and clothes are very clean.

The washer is a good bargain for the price compared to other more expensive models. It works just as advertised, is quiet, spins the clothes almost dry and uses little water.

Needed a new washer as I just moved. Love LG products. This washer has great capacity and it runs quietly. Still getting used to the buttons and settings.

We bought this washer to replace another LG washer that died after 12 years. This one has a larger capacity and is very quiet. So far there have been no issues.

This washing machine was perfect for us, our laundry room isn't that big and this is a snug fit. The savings in our electric and water bill make up for the snug fit in the laundry room. Cleans extremely well.

Cleans well, quiet, easy operation. We got it for a great price, delivery took a few more days to coordinate than I liked but those things happen. LG is rated high in consumer magazines and I can see why.

I really like this washer! It is very quiet and has such a big range of wash options. The speed wash is amazing, 15 minutes start to finish! Great for not very dirty clothes! I have had 1 problem, twice it has hung up with 5 minutes to go in the cycle. It won't advance til I reset it to a new rinse cycle. If it does it again I will call them. The delivery guys were great, very fast and really did a great job. Also the sales clerk was very helpful, so far very happy with this purchase!

This washing machine is incredible. It uses less water, balances the load before starting and has all the choices you need to wash any clothes. Also have to mention that it is so quiet.

I highly recommend this washer. The clothes come out cleaner than my old HE washer. Less soap, less water is needed . The washer is super quiet.

Excellent washing machine. Large capacity with auto load sensor. Easy to use and plays you a nice tune when the wash cycle is complete.

This machine washes clothes excellent, very quiet and fits perfect in my manhattan kitchen it's not as big as I thought it was gonna be.

I read all the reviews on this LG washing machine and I must say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. Definitely seems to be saving water and energy and my clothes still look pretty clean. It has a lot of features and buttons but simply stated the LG washing machine washes your clothes they way you want it. I would recommend this.

First off, before you buy... new hoses come with the washer so dont let Best Buy con you into buying a new set. Directions are simple and the washer easy to use

This has to be the hands down most quiet washing machine i have used in all my life and the most efficient one too.

So far machine works well and is quiet. It cleans and spins well so clothes aren't very wet when going in dryer.
