Extra large capacity is great. Very quiet operations.

This is a quiet, large capacity washer. Both important since our laundry is near living space and with two kids do a lot of laundry. The only downside is, even with door propped open and using the tub cleaner, it can smell musty at times. Probably since all the water does not drain out of bottom of tub like in top loaders. I might have reconsidered this purchase knowing this since our laundry is in our half bath instead of the basement where the smell wouldn't matter

This is my families second time buying this product. We have two teenagers so this washer get used daily. We were so pleased with the one we had purchased in the past that we bought the same exact thing. Expect this washer to be extremely quiet, and dependable. We won't own anything else in the present or future. This washer did have one small aesthetic manufacturing defect on the top front of it. But most people would walk up to it and not even notice.

The washer is easy to use and does a great job. I find it bothersome to have to leave the door open so that the remaining water evaporates to prevent agae and odors. I better way should be devised.

I'm not sure how much water this uses but it looks like it cleans. I like the way it looks and operates. not sure how much water it actually uses sideways looks like allot less than my old top load. I got this floor model for a steal.

Very good washer. All the fancy buttons can be intimidating but in reality the machine is really user friendly. My only complain is to load the machine you have to bend over and it can cause some back pain. Aside from that this machine is great.

This is my first front loading washer. I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer. I had my old washer for so long doing the research was mind boggling. This washer is so nice with it's bells and whistles. You have to use HE detergent (low suds) only. I don't mind that. It has compartments for detergent, fabric softener and bleach all in one place. It washes your clothes real nice. Multi wash/spend and other settings. It's quiet. The one thing that might be a minus it that the cycles are long. Overall, I am glad I chose this washer. I love it.

First time owning a front load washer. Very easy to use and quiet. Does a great job cleaning laundry. Best choice, should have bought it sooner.

The LG cleans clothes as advertised. It is quiet and efficient. As with many devices that have a circuit board, the machine has a number of high tech gadgets for someone interested in programming them, i.e.start the washer using a smart phone.

Ordered an LG so that it would fit on the base/drawer that we already had from the last one. It works well, handles the laundry for our family of 6 (and frequent visitors) well. No issues to note after the first few weeks.

machine is quiet and efficient. clothes come out almost dry due to the high spin rate of tub.

We had a whirlpool. It sounded like the space shuttle taking off. We contacted Best Buy and the offered us a credit towards a new machine. We picked thus LG. it wirks great and it's quite. Wife loves it

we are avid campers so we were looking for something that we could wash our sleeping bags at home in instead of going to the laundry mat to wash them and spending around 3.00 just to wash 1 sleeping bag

Washes nicely. Saves on water. The only thing I don't like its the noice it makes at the very beginning of the wash. Makes my home sake a little. It is just weird. Other than that it's nice.

Great washer for a small family. Our clothes are not very dirty (no children), so I don't know how it handles tough stains. It works great for us!

Overall O.K. They claim it operates very quietly, but when filling, the water slams on and off so bad it jars the water pipes throughout the house! Also you do need to leave the door open all the time when not in use otherwise it acquires a very musty smell. The capacity is great 4.3 Cu.Ft. You can use liquid or powdered detergent.
