Our LG frontloader developed a bad bearing and reoair costs were almost as much as a new washer. We bought LG again thinking we could reuse our existing pedestal. Unfortunately, the new washer was designed differently so we were out the cost of the pedestal also, a significant percentage of the total cost. The new washer has performed well so far.

I did some research before buying this washer. Even though it was a replacement to my old washer that broke, I still make sure I buy good quality appliances. Set up and installation was easy. And it's got great features while keeping it simple. Works great I like LG products. So far so good.

This LG is a great machine loaded with a lot of cool features including the ability to use your smart phone to create a custom program. I needed to replace my existing washing machine because the repairman wanted over $500 to fix it. I was able to get this fancy machine delivered, installed and the old unit hauled away for only $200 more!

Easy to use, easy to setup, lots of options, nice washer

Love this machine! Very quiet and gives a lot of options for cycles.

W e had our washer delivered last month and so far love it. Can wash items that had to be hand washed before. Also holds larger loads and gets the laundry nice and clean. It's quiet, too, and we don't need to use much detergent.

We bought this as an open floor item at the warehouse sale. It works great so far. Two things that I don't like about it: it is very loud when the water is filling up, and our kids can successfully turn the washer off which requires the entire wash to restart--even when the child lock feature is enabled.

I bought this washer and the matching dryer to replace an older pair because the washer started leaking. I got a great deal because they were open-box display models. They work great and make a pleasant tone when starting/stopping. Based on the energy and water that they save, I estimate they will pay for themselves within two years.

Great size for family of 4! Able to put large items in.
