    It is the best home washing machine we have ever had when it spins it works as good a commercial extractor really gets clothes clean could not be happier replaced a Samsung and glad we went to this

    I recently purchased the washer and do like the touch features over many knobs and also like that is has no center agitator which allows me to put clothes in easier and runs smooth and quiet and hope it stands the test of time so far so good.

    Did not know how to operate the washer didn't receive a manual. Tried the customer help number, which was no help. The product seems good, but the store is not

    I like this washer! I was looking for something that could fit in an apartment, and not be too excessive for a single person, and I think I got just that. I also wanted to make sure this a notable brand. So far does the trick!

    So look it’s very well built and is ultra quiet and has a descent amount of washing options but with all impeller machines the amount of motion fabrics get compared machines with an agitator is half. If you want an impeller machine then yes buy this LG or say a GE for an American built option.

    Great washer. Works well without the agitator and holds more useable capacity for beddings. Keep in mind though, a front loading does a better job at evenly cleaning than top loading so this is the con I see for now.

    Orded by mistake. Needed a dryer. Customer service solved the mistake and sent the dryer the next day. How ever I did decide to keep the washer so i got a new pair.

    I Love My New Washer with No Agitator. My clothes come out very clean and less wrinkles. Very easy to operate and it even plays a Song when the Wash Load is finished and the washer stops.
