Bought to replace my 3 year old Samsung that went out and was unable to be repaired. Got alot of info and help from Jason at the Appleton store. Washer is quiet, works great and was a great price. Capacity is great for a 4 person home. Plenty of cycle options and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their current machine.

I like how it works. It does not make a lot of noise. It doesn’t move all around during the washing process. I can add more water for a larger load. And it has a option for a quick cycle,& the lid unlocks at the end of the wash.

Perfect size for our medium size family. Simple machine, but many features. Efficient, Quiet and wife loves it!

This is a quality washing machine and the price was reasonable! It runs quietly and sings a delightful tune to let me know that the cycle is complete. Perfect washer, love it and it works very well , and can do alot of laundry at once

This washer does an excellent job of rotating whatever you are washing. I was surprised how well the bottom plate did that. Extremely quiet operation in any cycle. Spins load very well allowing dryer time to a minimum. Definitely would not hesitate to purchase this machine. Only drawback is if user is "height challenged" it is a little difficult to reach to the bottom of the tub to remove load.

I was sceptical that it would clean the massive amount of clothing that it lists as capacity well, especially without an agitator- but I didnt even recognize my towels after I washed them! My sad old washer had let them get steadily dingier and grayer, and when there were silver towels in my clean laundry it took me a second to recognize them. The huge capacity is a plus too!

This is a very nice machine. It was simple to install and it is simple to operate. It has plenty of options and the size of the tub for the price is amazing! We could not be happier with the look and performance of this washer!

This machine is super quiet and has a huge capacity. Having a low profile impeller vs a bulky agitator gives more space and I feel like it gives less chance for the drum to become unbalanced.

Had it for 2 weeks. Love the ease of use, quality and reliability. In the past i purchased Kenmore, Whirpool, and Samsung machines. The LG is on another level. My clothes smell extra clean!

I’m am so glad that I purchased this washer. It works great on small and large loads. It is a 100 percent better than my previous washing machine. I am loving it!!!!
