The product was sufficient to fulfill its purpose, However, the major problem that I have is that the salesperson told us is that the washer qualified for a rebate on our electric bill. After submitting the product information to Lakeland Electric we were told that the product does not qualify. Had we known this we would have selected a different washer. For that reason we are not happy!! We feel we were lied to for the purpose of the sale.

This washer works wonderfully. It’s quiet and the control options are easy to engage. I bought the one with the agitator and really like how it cleans the clothes. Would highly recommend and definitely would buy it again.

Large capacity washer - multiple options for cycles - i'm 5' 2" so tub a little deep for me but worth having this unit - really conserves water (really nice option)

Very good quality unit. Must say that the included operations manual was very poor indeed. A tremendous amount of operational information not available in the included manual. I realize this is not a Best Buy choice, but the included manual leaves many functions - spelled out in the online manual after some looking around - unknown to the new owner. That said, the unit itself has worked very well during the first round of laundry.

We love this washer. Delivery and setup up was fast and on time. The washer is so quiet we barely even hear it running. This is an excellent product.

We purchased this washer because we could set the Spin speed, and because it has a Speed Wash cycle. The LG Owner’s Manual for the washer does not explicitly state the number of minutes for each cycle but, an LG customer service representative told me that the Speed Wash cycle was 15 minutes. We’ve had this washer for just over a week and it appears that the information about the Speed Wash time was incorrect. The Speed Wash cycle starts at 45 minutes. From some testing I did, I could reduce the cycle time to 39 minutes if I only put 2 bath towels or 6 T-shirts in the bottom of the washer and started the Speed Wash cycle. But a wash cycle time of 39 minutes is NOT speedy and is a waste of time for so few clothes! A different LG customer service representative finally told me that the Speed Wash time should be around 35 minutes. Our previous washer was a 12-year-old front loading Kenmore with a 20 minute Quick Wash cycle that took about 20-25 minutes and that cleaned the clothes just fine.

I love,love,love new washer.It is so quiet I have to stand right next to it to know it is even running.With clear lid design I can actually watch cluthes being laundered.

So far, so good. I'm rating it a 4 for now because we only have it for 2 weeks. It's been working perfectly with no problems. If it continues to perform this good then it will get a 5.

I love my washing machine. It cleans my clothes great and the clothes are almost dry when finished. It evens plays a tune to let you know it’s finished.

Works great. Took some getting used to at first, but I have been very happy with this washer.

The machine works as advertise. the loads come out clean, no issues for now will highly recommend.

So far we like it very much! It is quiet and seems to do a good job!

So far I give it a 5. Was skeptical at first of buying this one because of the many reviews with negative comments but so far it is working as promised. Went with the agitator since the last couple with impellers I had lasted awhile before having problems. Time will tell how long this one will last but right now it works perfectly with the right amount of water and the spin rate.

After 20 years, we needed a new washer. Really like the see-thru top. Takes a time or two to see how it measures your load and adds the right amount of water. Very quiet.

Came in on time and works perfect. I can fit more in it than i thought!
