It reminds me of the old school washers. This washer is so deep I literally have to stand on the tip of my toes to reach the bottom. This washer has a lot of different cycle to choose from. Love to hear the sounds when the cycle ends.

I like load selections and the 4-Way agitator. Loads take longer. It makes strange noises and is loud. It's a bit complicated, but I'm learning. If you have questions, it's best to consult the online instruction manual.

I talked to a person at LG, He thought it was a manufacturing defect. Three days later a technician came out. He found the wire to the drain had not been connected at factory. He fixed it in a few minutes, and I was washing. I got very good prompt service from LG, which I appreciated. So far it is getting the clothes clean. just a few more bells and whistles than my old machine
