I love my washer so far. The deep wash/deep fill options are perfect to make sure my clothes are saturated with water. If i dont choose one of the deep options then the loads are only at the most a bit damp from spinning under the waterfall. But if deep fill is used, the clothes are covered completely. And we all know deep down that when something is emersed in water it comes out cleaner. I like preserving resources but HE washers are the bane of my existence. This washer has enormous capacity, nice features especially the clear diamond glass lid, and I love the dial and touchpad. I use laundry sanitizer a lot because I work in a hospital so I want clean clothes, and the softener tray is where I like to pour it. I also enjoy that I can remove the trays to clean them off. The clothes feel spun sufficiently when i remove from washer. And there isnt a lingering odor yet. I love the agitator, i missed it. It helps move the items about. This washer fit my long long runner. It also washed my king size down alternative comforter with ease. All in all I'd have to say I would recommend and I am glad I bought my first LG appliance ♡♡♡

We did a lot of research and read reviews for various washers and dryers. We are beyond thrilled with our new LG set. The washer is so quiet...had to check on it a few times to make sure it was actually working! Wanted a top load washer with agitator. This model has a huge tub. It does a wonderful job of getting the clothes clean. Can't say enough positive things about LG products. The gentleman (Jamil) set up everything perfectly and very quickly. He and his assistant were respectful, courteous, on time, professional & knowledgeable. We had a fabulous experience!

So far I am finding this to be a very good quality washer that gets my clothes and other items clean as at should. Time will tell, just as with anything, how long it will last before needing repairs, etc., but so far I’m happy. I like that it loads from the top. I like that it is easy and pretty self-explanatory to use. I like that there is a little slide out drawer for detergent and fabric softener divided, and that there is a special corner pouring spot for bleach/bleach alternative. I like that there are many choices in which to choose for cycle, and that you can adjust the water temperature, spin cycle, how heavy soiled if you choose. So basically it is easy and versatile. It makes a fairly loud sing-song type noise when the cycle is finished so you can hear from the next room when it’s done. It seems to have a large bin, so you can easily fit a lot in there if you need to and it still comes out clean. The only complaints I have really is that on the cycle to wash bedding it sets it for around 2 1/2 hours, which seams too long, especially if you’re trying to do multiple loads in a day. I think the last one I had the bedding cycle was more like an hour and 45 min, which was just what I got used to. The other cycles run more like 60-75 min, which seems about right. The other small thing, that is likely to not even apply to other people, is that it is a bit of a tall washer, so if you’re short it’s a little harder than it has to be to load the clothes, but I’ve gotten used to it. It’s better than bending over for a front load. Also, I have cabinets behind/right above my washer and the lid is so long that when I lift it, I can’t keep the lid lifted and get my detergent, etc out of the cabinet at the same time, where I didn’t have this issue with my last one. That’s just a little annoyance that I’ve had to get used to. I think my overall point is that this really is a good washing machine and I’m happy with almost all of its features, but with this and really any washer you’re looking at, take into consideration all of the measurements, not just depth, width, length. Think about how low or tall you need it to be, and anything you have near it or behind it. It will just make your life easier.

The tub is large enough to fit my queen sized comforter. The water fills periodically during the wash and the clothes have enough water to clean well. The washer and dryer are very quiet. I have in my kitchen pantry and do not even hear them running.

First time purchasing an LG product that wasn’t an electronic. Very happy with the washer so far, have had it almost 2 years with it. Very easy to use and love you can add garments to a load after starting. Compared to older models I do think the loads take a bit longer than I was used to but still a lot quicker than other models I’ve seen. We use it multiple times a week at my house and it’s really easy to keep clean too in between loads. Looking into getting the matching dryer soon!

After looking and combing over all the cheap workmanship/parts of many washers , this was my choice. This washer has a nice sized tub with agitator. Quiet wash. Does a good job for our busy house of four. First time owning an LG appliance. Would recommend

Washer is quiet. Like my old washer, I use the deep water cycle. Cycle time is about an hour. Tub is generous, easy to fit large amount of clothes. I chose a washer with a agitator as I prefer my clothes to be cleaned vs. gently washed and not as clean.

Easy to use. Quiet. Gets clothes clean. Sometimes detergent residue can stick to heavy cotton fabric , so I recommend extra rinse cycle on dark jeans, pants. Does not have a rinse only cycle or a soak only cycle. However, you can select extra rinse when you begin and use pause to soak.

Nice big capacity. Operates quietly. Love the glass see-through lid, so you can easily see what's going on without opening the lid. Love the "pause" button, which allows you to pause the wash cycle at any time and open the lid. Don't like the low, low water volume allowed per load, I want my clothes submerged in water during the wash cycle. When i used extra detergent, water seemed to leak onto the floor. Over all it is an above average top load, agitator/equipped washer. Did not buy a front loader b/c you ALWAYS have to bend over to use it, just like a dryer.

Runs quietly, easy to use, cleans good and spacious tub.

Large capacity, easy to use, normal cycle gets the cloths clean and spin cycle does a very good job of extracting any excess water. So far very satisfied with my purchase. Best Buy delivery was quick, within 3 days per the sales agreement.

The LG washer works great so far. We found that a deep wash setting is better than the Normal setting because Normal water level is too low! To compensate for lack of “Soak” cycle, we tried to fill the tub in Deep Wash setting then press the on/off button. That didn’t work because after about 10 minutes the washer turned on by itself and drained the water!! This washer is quiet and doesn’t make much vibration - note it is sitting on tile floor. Best Buy delivery was on time, professional, and efficient- took about 30 minutes. The only negative is the technician didn’t use a Level to make sure the washer was leveled. You have to request it. The technicians seem to not be trained on nor required to level washers, which is a must do per LG!!

Wow was I surprised how big the tub was, the ease of selecting setting and how quiet it ran. This machine is just what I needed for king size sheets and bedspread. I was very pleased! PS love the soft melody it plays when finished!

I received this washer 2 1/2 months ago. I really like it. The tube is very large. I can wash two loads of laundry easily in it. I fill it half full so they have plenty of room to wash. I use the Deep Wash cycle mostly. Sometimes I add the Deep Fill button where the water fills to the top for heavier or more dirty items. It has a Bedding Cycle, a Waterproof cycle for plastic in items such as a mattress pad. It has a Quick cycle and Tub Clean. It also offers an extra rinse button. There are other features. The clothes come out nice and clean. I am glad we purchased this washer.

I totally love this washing machine. Its the nicest one ive ever had. It washes 2 loads in one. It washes blankets with how the agitator comes out easily. Easy to use. Quick run.great machine

So far no complaints!! I purchased this for my sons home and it Gets clothes perfectly clean, it's quiet, and I love the soft close lid. I love the agitator and simplicity of this washer. Thinking about buying a second one for my home!

This washer holds ALOT of clothes. It is quiet, it takes care of soil really well. We've really liked our other LG products, and hope this one lives up to the standard for the long time.

This LG Washer is a high quality product with many settings to choose. Well made, deep and large tub with agitator does an amazing job during the wash cycle. Excellent product for the price. Highly recommend this product.
